Hello, dearest readers! Today’s Tamia Talks is brought to you from Chicago where I’ll staying for the week to cover the Democratic National Convention! It is also inspired by hours spent listening to “Diet Pepsi” by Addison Rae.

overpacking for a trip and impulsive consumption
the feeling of anxiety bubbling in your chest when there’s a long line behind you in the airplane but you have to pull your luggage from the overhead bin
not sending that person you want to hang out with a text and asking to hang out
being rhythmically challenged
hostility and misplaced anger
