july ins and outs

took a week away to focus on politics but politics happened again

Keeping it short and sweet this Sunday with some ins and outs for your scroll. I’ll have something a little longer coming next week <3

Ins

• avocado in your smoothie

• ankle weights and a nice stroll

• the love language of sending job applications to friends

• buying tickets from the box office

• blowing out your speakers because you’re listening to brat too loud

• a cancer season cry once per week (i actually haven’t experienced this in any way)

• kate hudson, her album and cool aunt energy

• (some) podcasts as a visual medium (I finally get it, thank you therapuss)

• Instagram telling you that you’ve scrolled through every piece of available content on your feed (induces a unique sense of shame that is necessary)

• finishing that one book you started in january

Out

• hating the astrological sign of cancer (tired, boring, wack!)

• despair and feeling like you can’t ask for help

• not giving your all for the music video of your hit single (this is not directed at anyone, all the videos from MY pop girls have been excellent)

• changing your instagram username when you get married (you’re gonna make me forget who you are, but also congrats <3)

• thinking you have beef with someone when in reality you just haven’t raised the subject of your inner turmoil when they ask you to go out (see: girl so confusing, lorde version)

• forgetting to cancel unused subscriptions

• foods that are just too warm for the weather

• running out of storage
